StarxCrescent Ramadan Calendar

This is one of my first illustration projects, and one of those that I am still most excited about. When Nazi’ah of StarxCrescent asked me if I wanted to collaborate with her on a Ramadan Calendar project for kids, I was sold. You may know the concept of an advent calendar - well, Ramadan calendars are just the same, just for Ramadan!

I designed the cover layout for the calendar, and the illustrations on the individual boxes inside. Each box features a letter from the Arabic alphabet to add a learning aspect to the puzzle fun, and inside you can find different cards encouraging kids to do good things while celebrating Ramadan.
